Drink Review: Snake River Sarsaparilla

I had recently been able to experience the opening of a new store near my area: BevMo!

That's right, Beverages & More! What better place for a Beverage Junkie like myself?
Now, being a big fan of old timey sodas, I decided I'd drop in and grab a couple of bottles and thought "Hey, I'll review them in the community!"

So that's why I'm here today! Today I bring to you:
Snake River Sarsaparilla!

this is brewed by the Jackson Hole Soda Company in batches, guaranteeing good flavor. The bottle is much like any beer bottle, and the cap is a convenient twist off cap, so it can be preserved after being opened.
Upon opening, it smells a little bit of old fashioned black licorice, and the first sip brought to me an odd fruity flavor not unlike that of Dr Pepper. Aftertaste included a faint hint of licorice on the tongue. Carbonation was mild; Not particularly fizzy, but it was noticable. It wouldn't foam or froth up like bottled rootbeer, though.
My overall review? ♥♥♥♡♡
three out of five hearts

So that's my first review. What did you think? Is there anything you think I should be paying attention to that I didn't mention in this review? Drop me a message, I'm dying to hear!

Classic! I love it. My ex-roommate reviews beers on his LJ, but I like the soda reviewing better. Keep going! :)

Bah, beer isn't so great. It's like... alcohol-ey. XP
I'll keep it up for a while. :3

This one is in California off the I-80. I believe it's the Richmond Parkway exit or something. You'll see the series of buildings and a target sign, and it's near an Aaron Brother's Art Supply Store and a Target.

This is the point at which I say: "OMG! I have been reviewing beverages at my LJ for TWO YEARS!"

I like yours better, though. Concise.

Meanwhile, I've always been a little disappointed with BevMo.

Well, that's true, but they focus on more adult beverages and only have small small sections dedicated to sodas.

Hey, why haven't you posted your own reviews here lately? This community's been lacking in those.

Well... I guess because that would detract from my own LJ,
which is - in fact - all reviews.

I don't think the mod wants me to x-post all of them!
